RETURNS & RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-days return policy. 
Items must be unused and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if packaging is found to be opened or broken in any way. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of TMG. We do not accept returns or exchange for Items on sale.

We DO NOT offer free returns or. In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us.

Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Our quality management system ensures that orders are accurately packaged and thoroughly checked before shipping. Therefore, we only offer exchanges on same items if exchanged for another size. Again, items must be unopened and in original packaging. If you require an exchange, please send us an email.
