Thank you for shopping with us at TAKEMANSGIRL (TMG).

All orders include free shipping, value added tax and duties at checkout. You will receive an automatic email confirmation when you place your order.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and credit card verification. ( in most cases cards are verified in seconds)

You will receive a further email update once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information included in order confirmation email. 

Sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®. Orders made before 1pm will be dispatched that same day. Tracking information included in order confirmation email. 

All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and will arrive between 9:00am-2:00pm Mondays to Fridays and between 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays.

 

International Deliveries: Free

We also deliver across Europe, the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. Orders are delivered in 7-15 working days by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed delivery.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-days return policy. 
Items must be unused and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if packaging is found to be opened or broken in any way. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of TMG .

We DO NOT offer free returns or. In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us.

Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Our quality management system ensures that orders are accurately packaged and thoroughly checked before shipping. Therefore, we only offer exchanges on same items if exchanged for another size. Again, items must be unopened and in original packaging. If you require an exchange, please send us an email.

Please understand deliveries are handled by Royal mail a Global third party delivery company and we have 0 control and responsibility of delivery. And our shipping responsibility ends at the moment of shipping. And by agreeing to purchase any product you are agreeing to this.
